Vacuum Grain Screener

At Custom Agri Systems, Inc. we know the importance of screening your grain as it leaves your grain dryer. That is why we developed 5 vacuum grain screener systems to get the job done. Proudly made in the U.S.A our grain screeners are made of high quality materials and provide a simple way to screen grain.

Our systems are available with single phase and three phase motors, consist of 3 HP or 5HP high pressure direct drive motors, and have cleaning capacities of 900 bph for our 8″ units, 1,200 bph for our 10″ units, and 5,000 bph for our 14″ units. No matter which unit you choose you get a superior product designed to last.

Grain Screeners

At Custom Agri Systems, Inc. we have 5 main options of Vacuum Grain Screeners to choose from. Each of our basic models include removable corn screens standard. 

8" Basic Custom Clean
48" long. Hopper requires 16" minimum elevation from the foundation pad to the bottom of the dryer's unload auger tube. The hopper has two 6" outlets. Unit will come with two legs and a hanger bearing kit at the discharge end. The 3HP Blower Kit is recommended.
10" Basic Custom Clean
48" long. Hopper requires 16" minimum elevation from the foundation pad to the bottom of the dryer's unload auger tube. The hopper has two 6" outlets. Unit will come with two legs and a hanger bearing kit at the discharge end. The 3HP Blower Kit is recommended.
14" Basic
66" long. Hopper requires 20" minimum elevation from the foundation pad to the bottom of the dryer's unload auger tube. The hopper has two 8" outlets. Units will come with four legs and a hanger bearing kit at both ends. The 5HP Blower Kit is recommended.
10" Self-Powered
92" long. The inlet can be extended to whatever overall length requirement you need for your application. The SP unit has a hanger bearing kit at each end of the brush tipped auger. There is a 2' long inlet tube with grain guard and a 2' discharge tube on the opposite end.
14" Self-Powered
10' 11" long. The inlet can be extended to whatever overall length requirement you need for your application. The SP unit has a hanger bearing kit at each end of the brush tipped auger. There is a 2' long inlet tube with grain guard and a 2' discharge tube on the opposite end.

Grain Screeners

Our grain screeners are designed specifically to provide our customers with the features and functionality that they need to effectively screen their grain. 

  • High Pressure Blower

    Blowers are available in either 3HP or 5HP & either single phase or three phase. We highly recommend using metal discharging tubing on all blowers.

  • Aspirator Kit

    Kit includes 4' of polyhose, 2 rubber elbows, and hardware to go from the KLEEN air's second hopper opening to directly above the grain as it's being discharged.

  • Rhino Wear Liner Kits

    Optional and extends the life of a 3HP or 5HP Blower substantially. Please specify when you order if you would like the kit mounted inside your blower.

  • Hanger Bearing Assembly

    The double-flanged hanger bearing kit is 2 1/2" wide and is required if the application you are planning does NOT have a hanger bearing at the inlet end of the assembly.

  • Poly Cyclones

    Our lightweight steal cyclone helps slow down the fines, bee's wings, and broken kernels being conveyed from the unit to their destination point.

  • Nylon Brush Auger Replacements

    The scrubbing action of the nylon bristle brush-auger keeps the perforated screen open so that it continues cleaning. If your brush is worn out, you NEED to install a new one.
