Belt Conveyor Features
At CAS, every belt conveyor is built with 10 gauge galvanized steel sides and 12 gauge crowned covers that clamp on for fast, tool-friendly access during cleaning and inspection. Our patent-pending externally mounted pillow block bearing system eliminates internal bearings entirely, reducing contamination risk and making it possible to spot issues before they become failures.
Paired with fire retardant, static conductive rubber belting and outboard-mounted pulleys on both the drive and tail ends, our belt conveyors are engineered to run clean, run safe, and run long.

Drag Conveyor Features
CAS drag conveyors are built from 11 gauge galvanized steel with bolt-in, replaceable AR side liners and bottoms, meaning the parts that take the most abuse can be swapped out without replacing the entire unit.
The chain and flight system uses fully welded acute angle attachments that sweep discharge gates clean on every pass, giving you consistent throughput without buildup or carryover. Whether you’re transferring between grain bins, reclaiming grain, or loading out to a truck or rail, a CAS drag conveyor is engineered to keep working as hard as you do.
