- CAS Patent Pending Externally, Outboard Mounted Pillow Block Bearing Arrangement
- Shaft Seals to Truly Isolate the Bearing from the Inside Dust Environment
- Fire Retardant, Oil Resistant, & Static Conductive Rubber Belting
- Only Concentric Locking Pillow Block Bearings Used on ALL Idlers with 1 7/16" Minimum Shaft Diameters
- Slide Lagged & Crowned Drive Pulleys with Outboard Concentric Adapter Mounted Bearings & UHMW Seals

- UHMW Roller Return, or 1/4" Capped Return Rails
- Welded Steel Chain, 81 XHD & W Series
- Formed Acute Angle Flight Attachments, Fully Welded to Chain - Ensures Proper Clean Out when Intermediate Discharge Gates are Used, & Provides Maximum Strength
- Flame Cut Sprocket, with Taper Lock C Hub Style, Split Sprockets Optional
